The Southern Arizona Chapter of Enrolled Agents (SACEA) is the professional association for Enrolled Agents throughout Southern Arizona. The chapter is affiliated with the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents (AzSEA) and the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA).
The chapter’s mission is to promote the recognition and role of Enrolled Agents, to enhance the technical development and professional conduct of Enrolled Agents in Southern Arizona, to protect the right of Enrolled Agents to practice in Southern Arizona, and to assist its members to protect and serve taxpayers.
To become an Enrolled Agent, a tax practitioner must pass a rigorous examination, demonstrating knowledge in the areas of individual, partnership, corporation, estate and trust taxation as well as administrative and tax court procedures. To register to take the exam, submit Form 2587, Application for the Special Enrollment Examination.
Only members of the National Association of Enrolled Agents may be members of the Arizona Society of Enrolled Agents and local chapters. A membership application form is online at NAEA, or you may contact the AzSEA membership chair email@example.com for more information.
